^ Hey he has to earn a living same as the rest of us.
I'm hopeful that the funds from this kind of thing might also be being directed partially towards a CD2...but that's just my pipedream.

Not sure what to make or what to think about that!
A bunch of shows in Vegas is better than a house-wedding-band in France.
Pretty sure it's not a promotion stunt for the next album!

i think that's actually p cool. i've thought them doing a residency was a good idea for this long time now.
they do need to work like this to get some momentum and/or (hopefully) credibility & goodwill.

Hmm.... We were going to go to Vegas in the first week of October but haven't booked it yet...
I'm thinking the shows being in Vegas is at least tempting. Not sure I could swing it because I have a lot going on the rest of this year and early next year, but I do have a lot of FF miles and hotels begging me to stay in Vegas for free...
