Looks like it will be a pretty cool show, I wish they were bringing it to Australia. I'd go check them out.

How is this not dignified and the Gn'R cover band is?  Just saying. there's always dignity in getting out and having fun at what you love to  do. It might not always be the "coolest" thing but to say it lacks dignity isn't right at all. they're musicians for crying out loud. A bunch of peers getting together to perform for fans. Is it more dignified for them to play sleezy clubs and have nobody see them?

But one thing doesn't... Glenn Hughes. I have never ever understood the popularity of that guy in the D-list rock circles.

I guess Hughes is renowned by association. He had his time with Deep Purple, Sabbath, and that meteoric comeback single with KLF.

For those who can't remember, KLF was HUGE back in the day, and the collaboration bought Hughes good-will and industry credit to burn.

It's amazing how much money the record industry is willing to spend on a piss-take on themselves. 16

His work with purple is great, the 2 albums with BCC however are possibly his beat work.

I have listened and listened and listened to BOTH the BCC albums based on those same exact statements.... I don't get it. I don't get what's so all fire great about those albums.

I like classic rock

I like southern rock

I like melodic rock

I just cannot get into those albums. I don't know what it is.
