Yeah, one is a serious rock band, and the other is an 80's-throwback-taking-the-piss comedy act. I think it'll be a fun night!

Couldn't con a mate into comming though...Metalalex you need to move to melbourne already

I almost wish Steel Panther wasn't comedy....prob showing my child of the 80'sness but their guitar work is bad ass and the singer has chops...I'd kinda dig them as a serious band if only the lyrics were more sensible.

Yeah, I'm still tight on cash. Even thought tickets were cheap, I would have forked out some cash to see the Melbourne show too. The show isn't until late February, so if I get some extra money and there are still tickets available closer to the gig, I'll fly down for sure!
