Re: My ultimate GN'R playlist...
So I am putting together a playlist for a mp3 CD and for my iPod. The mp3 CD is a lot easier to deal with in the car than the iPod. The great thing about mp3 CD's is that they can hold a shitload more songs than a standard audio CD. Lately I have had two "best of" compilation CD's that I've been rotating in my car CD player. The first CD is a combination of AFD and Lies. The second CD is a combination of UYI's 1/2, TSI, and Sympathy For The Devil. I figure this new mp3 CD will allow me to include more tracks from UYI and I can also include stuff by Velvet Revolver, Slash, Izzy, and Axl. So here's the list. It's 70 songs in chronological order starting with AFD stuff.
Guns N' Roses (1987-1994)
1. Welcome To The Jungle

Re: My ultimate GN'R playlist...
Solid list. I just think Slash 2010 is probably missing Back From Cali & Beautiful Dangerous which are really universally appealing songs to audiences.
However... not very Guns N' Roses, with maybe the exception of Cali.
Honestly I have only listened to his album one time through. Those three tracks on my list were the ones that stood out the most to me. But I will be further evaluating it.

Yeah Beautiful Dangerous may have Fergie, but it's extremely catchy.
Even I gotta admit that.
I'm kind of boycotting her after she raped SCOM at the Super Bowl. :flame:

Dr Alibi is pretty fun too on the slash disc. And maybe Nothing to Say or Baby Can't Drive. Vengance is mine of the Alice record is pretty awesome slash antics too.

Oh and Black Leather from TSI is a killer track IMO.
And i'd consider Just 16 from Libertad too.
