Richie Sambora is the main guitarist and occasional vocalist from legendary hard rock group Bon Jovi. He also had his own respected solo career during 90's which exposed him to more blues rock-loving audience. Along with his hugely respected guitar skills, Sambora has also showcased really great vocal skills.

Sambora's raspy but powerful voice started out as low tenor during 80's Before early 90's, it had lowered to baritenor-like voice ranging from really light tone into deep tone, but his voice type could mostly be described as really ligh high baritone. During late 90's his voice had lowered to high baritone which it has been for the rest of his career.

Sambora has showcased some fantastic vocal performances, and the best ones can be found in his debut solo album Stranger in This Town, which I highly recommend.

1. 0:00 - Strong and deep-sounding B2 from the cover of Deep Purple's "When a Blind Man Cries", it can be found be in Stuart Smith's album 'Stuart Smith's Heaven and Earth'.
2. 0:13 - Subtle but easy B2 from "Hard Times Come Easy".
3. 0:18 - Good B♭2s from "Rest in Peace", also notice the powerful G4.
4. 0:44 - Low passage from "River of Love" bottoming around subtle A2s.
5. 1:05 - Powerful B4s with slide down to quiet G2, the song is "Rosie".
6. 1:19 - Short G2 from "Made in America".

9. 1:32 - Lots of short A2s and one E2 from the cover of "O Holy Night" from Christmas guitar-compilation album.
10. 2:01 - "Blood on the Ground" with somewhat fryish E2 and then strong full E2.
11. 2:19 - Sambora's lowest note, good and strong E♭2 from the intro of the live performance of"Just Older".

16. 5:36 - Fantastic A4s from the live performance of "Drift Away" originally recorded by John Henry Kurtz. (Dobie Gray's version is the most famous one) I really recommend checking the live performance of this song, the vocal harmonies of this performance are simply incredible, especially in live settings.

18. 6:37 - Great A4s from "Fallen from Graceland".
