Re: Differences in the "old" new leaks....
Well, like I've said before:
Bring on the BBF/Frank album if necessary. The world has an album's worth of the 2001 lineup to compare it to.
I don't doubt we're gonna get alot of both worlds. And I'm looking forward to both styles (maybe why we are supposed to be getting more than one album if things pan out correctly)
I just want both styles mixed better than these demos

Re: Differences in the "old" new leaks....
The songs dont need any "BBF swagger". I really hope Axl has taken a fresh listen to the tracks in the vault, and realizes his vision years ago does not need to be erased.
If the material needed swagger, it would have been added long before BBF entered the picture.
I don't see why all the anxiety at having Ron on the tracks, he's one of the best guitarists in the world, Axl won't keep him on the track if his contributions are as rubbish as your making out there going to be.
Re: Differences in the "old" new leaks....
I don't know what his contributions are going to be. I am only able to base my opinion on what he has played live in replacement of BH, and its inferior to what we've heard on the leaks.
His biggest change was the CD solo, and I see no improvement whatsoever.

Bucket is too quiet in maddy, his melody during the samples is just drowned out!
If Madagascar is a single, I hope there's a B side with those quotes removed and Bucket turned way up.
The work he does on that is phenomenal.
