Bill Clinton is not running for office, nor is anyone voting for him. In fact, in the 2000 election Al Gore essentially (and possibly mistakenly) didn't want Bill out on the trail campaigning for him. So yes, his political career was tarnished. It really wasn't until about 2004 where he came back into the national spotlight. So it took him 5 years to recover, good luck in 5 weeks, let alone 2 days until tomorrow.
HIllary may not be a great choice, but it's time to give up on Trump. He's just a douche who's big mouth caught up to him. Rightfully so. All the talk he's done about Hillary sticking by Bill, well if that's how he feels then Melania outta run to the hills from him. She's gotta be totally embarrased by all this, as are his kids who've defended him to the end of the earth. Especially Ivanka.
I saw Hillary show great restraint at certain times during the last debate, this is all while Trump was 'catching up' to her in the polls. There were times she wanted to jump in and drill Donald or thoroughly dispute him, but I saw her essentially bite her lip & take the high road. I give her alot of credit for that, you could see she fell back into what they prepped her for and that was, just let some things go, don't be combative, don't nitpick. She let things roll. Now that she has this turd going on a day before the next debate, it's going to be a cakewalk. Taking the high road is easy, as the video's just gonna speak for itself.
Finally, statistically speaking, it's really fair to say it's over. White suburban Moms are a big part of the GOP base vote, and winning certain battleground states like PA, VA, FL. And they've lost it. Leaving them with mostly white rural men ( no offense, but it's true)i. What really is frustrating the GOP is how many of the Senate, House & Governor votes & races have they lost along with it?

For who? For his supporters this event is near zero on the scale. What I'm most dumbfounded at is why everybody is trying to make it a big deal. Desperation I guess? Fear?
The anti Trumpers have hated him since the beginning, nothing new there. Of course they will jump at any deviation that is not Jesus Christ returned in the flesh and call it a scandal.

What happens if Trump dominates the debate????
He has shown zero self control. He is petty and defensive. He will have to take questions from the audience. He'll be in a town hall debate setting for the first time. If he tries to go after Bill I'm sure she will be ready. If he tries to bring up rape allegations, which he can't really be that stupid, he will have to answer his own. The odds aren't good. I think the Trump crowd/apologists will give him a victory no matter what, though.
