I didn't know Izzy did all those parts when I heard them. I thought most of it was Slash and Izzy just doing rhythm on the solos.
Me either, I would've picked all the leads were Slash, and even Slash's isolation revealed some really fucking cool rhythm stuff going on!

Some of Slash's leads were on Izzy's track. Izzy does have some cool moments for sure. Lots of double stops.

Yeah i think it's to do with how these were made and the original mixing.
Like when you listen to AFD it's generally Slash in one speaker, Izzy in the other if you play with the balance control...then occasionally slash is piped into both speakers, and both tracks have random overdubs of little fills and effects and stuff.
