This is what all the fighting & years of lost opportunities were for.
So a few talentless hangers-on are free to publically mock and minimise the huge physical pain endured by an incredible musician, great human being and GNR band member.
Oh how ironic that these same hangers on excuse, defend and aggrandize the mental frailties of their master and see no reason why he can't feel entitled to leave 50,000 fans standing around in the weather while he gets over his pain to get on stage.
I do not think this can last. This parade of fools will implode some day soon.

Either the band members are slaves of the Malibu Mafia and treated like that everyday, or Ron is out of this band /will be out sooooon.

Wait until the band are off the road a while, the next album sells but not enough to pay everybody - then we'll see how many people will say 'we' when it comes to GNR.

Just reading that, and wow, it's really amazing how far they've got their heads up their own asses, that they can't see how or why Ron might have been annoyed.
I wish I was as gleefully optimistic (ie. fucking clueless) like Jarmo is. He seems to be the master of twisting words so GN'R never ever look bad, no matter what the circumstances.

That was a fun read. I could get the "we" thing, kinda. They did just go through a cross-continental experience together. Like in "Almost Famous".
But who knows, in 2 years there might be a "Madison"-ing...I wouldn't make it any bigger than it is.
I'm impressed it just only now ended. Hadn't followed since I went to my 3 shows. Surprise secret shows instead of surprise secret cancellations.

the funny thing is they have completed a shitload of touring on their own under Team Brazil. If they get an album out, it will be hard to continue the criticism as they will have done more in 2 years than all the "proper" management did in a decade. You have to give credit where credit is due. I don't like the way they conduct themselves but they seem to be doing a good job so far.
As for the topic, in defense of Sandman, I don't think Tommy, Ron, Axl or whoever should air their dirty laundry in public....that is just as unprofessional as what you guys say Team Brazil does.
