I love how Myles is standing there in the very beginning, as if he knows he is about to hear something special. The fist pump in the beginning is badass, like, bring it on! Fucking killer.

I might have said this before, but I'm drunk: This is the best thing from any GNR member post-1993. Including GNR itself.
Yeah this is old school awesome the way the old GNR stuff was...and in some ways (technically) even more so....Slash really pushing himself!

Monkey, what Slash was a master at back in the day was letting his solos build and build to a climax. Like SCOM and Night Train and NR. He took you on a journey. Yes, he may have better chops now, but his note selection during SCOM is fucking perfect. The harmonic minor run he does during the solo is beyond words on the taste and flash used there. Anastasia is on par with those epic recordings. That said, SCOM to my ears is the most well written guitar solo Slash has ever done. This one is t far behind.
