Mikka, why is it everytime you post an embedded YouTube clip, I never can see it. But when I do, it plays just fine on my iPhone and itouch. Yours won't even play if I copy and paste the link!
I don't know, it works fine for me. 
I go to youtube, do a search, then insert the link here with the youtube feature. I guess everybody's doing the same.
After one listen: I really like Slash's playing here, but the song overall just doesn't do it for me. Maybe with more listens... but I'll wait till the album comes out.

Not just old guy rock, but 'old slut' rock.
No fucking way man. Lyrically... that is the exact stuff that gave birth to the grunge movement as a counter culture to what Slash is doing here.
Guitar work is predictable.

I've kept pretty quiet on the songs. It may surprise people to know I love Slash. I think his playing right now is amazing for what he does. Is it predictable? Yes - as predictable as Axl doing what he's doing. These guys are pushing towards 50; they aren't going to change who they are.
So...Slash is playing some very good guitar. Crisp and clean, yet still having that signature Slash feel to it. He's playing the GnR stuff better than ever.
I think what it comes down to for me is that I just can't stand Myles' voice. He sings all the notes right, but he sounds like a whiney bitch doing it and I just can't get past it. I don't care what the lyrics are...I just can't stand his voice.

I just don't think the songs are all that good, except for Standing in the Sun and One Last Thrill. I loved the 2 Myles tracks off of "Slash". So far, aside from those two songs I mentioned, the others pale in comparison. At least that's how I feel now. To be fair, I've only listened to the songs once. I'm not sure I loved "Back From Cali" right out of the gate either.

Yeah, I wasn't much of a fan of Back From Cali, but now that's one of my favourite post-GN'R Slash songs.
I was actually hoping for more in that vein on this album.
There's still 9 more full tracks to hear, so we'll see!

I think some of these are growers though...a couple of listens in the car and i'm digging the hell out of this now...where as first listen I always find myles hard to understand.
