Thing with Slash is Sky Dog, he has so many intricate parts throughout songs that people take for granted.
like the Outro of Rocket Queen, the cool fill on Paradise City during the "So Far Away" sections...

For the record, i am one of the first to praise Axl when he does or performs sonethinv awesomely. I rave on my facebook how he is the greatest front man of all time.
Remember my post on the difference between Slash and Axl fans.
Slash fans never deny Axl's talent, axl fans go out of their way to discredit slash.
Comparing finck bumble dj to slash is deplorable.

Erm... I don't think an Axlite Stinsonite would be in the position to judge that. 
Slash's guitar playing @ the Stoke dvd is one of his best live performances EVER. And it tells a lot. Rocket Queen is such a monster. Just listen him playing that extra impro in the first half of the song, or that magnificent slide guitar solo... those make me chills. Slash has never been a better live performer. I'd go as far as saying that (beware, Slashism on the way!) that he's a better live performer today than any GN'R or ex-GN'R guy has ever been. The guy's playing gives more energy to the crowd than a giant nuclear plant.

Slash is easily the best Gnr guitarist ever.....period. No questions ask. He is also playing better than ever right now. I simply stated that you guys are much bigger fanboys of Slash than I am of Axl. That is true. Outside of a few shows and a few songs, Axl hasn't given me any reason to be a fanatic like you guys are. I am an Axlite when dealing with his contributions to the old band...that is it.
I don't think he should have continued on with the Gnr name. I wish Slash and Izzy were the guitar players. That's pretty much my basic Gnr stance. I just wanna hear the rest of the Chinese sessions and be done with this shit.
