well, it`s advertised as the only one... i`m still hoping for a late night special apppearance at rock am ring/rock im park, just like 2006, but that`s far fetched..

Yeah I agree, nice find.
That's a really fucking odd show for GN'R to play. Sabbath I get. They are considered the founding fathers of metal, so they will be looked at as respected like you would if the kids took a knee and listened to grandpa Ozzy tell a story.
So I get that.
GN'R are WAY fucking off being booked for that. I'm actually kinda worried about that. That is a full-blown metal festival, which might mean a different kind of element. I don't really see THAT kind of crowd being down for Axl belting out This I Love, and taking a breather for November Rain.
Odd booking imo.
To me if I were GN'R and playing a metal festival, i'd adjust my setlist to try to appeal to the audience a bit more. Maybe a bit harder.
