Re: What are you eating Superbowl Sunday?
I'm gonna try something a bit different this year. While I usually either have pizza, ribs and shrimp, sandwiches, etc., I was watching the Food channel and they were making various SB shit. Some chick was making Chili Dog Nachos, and it actually looked pretty damn good. Decided I would give it a shot. Of course I will have an alternative meal ready in case that completely sucks.
Re: What are you eating Superbowl Sunday?
Undecided as of yet, but I'm working till 6 (don't worry, that's almost 2 hours before kickoff) so I won't be able to cook anything extravagant. Sucks that I'll miss the annual Montreal Canadiens Superbowl day hockey game though. That's usually my pregame show.
Maybe I'll call up all my buddies and we'll head to Don Cherry's (local sports bar) for wings and nachos.

Re: What are you eating Superbowl Sunday?
I am actually going to watch it this year. It's just me and my husband, don't know what we are going to eat yet.
As I was telling James on IM, this deli I go to have blue bagels and big blue Giants footballs made out of Bagel dough, it doesn't look appealing to eat...LOL

Re: What are you eating Superbowl Sunday?
Wings and beer. C'mon people, how can you mess with that? You bunch of crazies.
Chicken doesn't taste as good as it used to, and I haven't drank alcohol in years.
My drink of choice during football is usually Dr. Pepper or Coke.
Re: What are you eating Superbowl Sunday?
I usually don't drink SB Sunday either, not sure why. I think I like watching the game a little bit more, I can sometimes get tired pretty quick when drinking. I'm going snowboarding during the day, & will probably get home right around kickoff. No time to cook, takeout will take forever, so I'll probably order wings or pizza the night before, and keep it in the fridge overnight. Most likely wings. James, those Chili Dog Nachos sound awesome, I'll have to see if they have a recipe on their website for another day.
