Re: South Carolina Dem. Primary
The death of Barack Obama was greatly exaggerated. He crushed Clinton in S.C., and 70 percent of registered democrats or so have voted for Obama in every primary so far. Hilary got the independent vote in N.H. and won on their back, by just 2 percent. In Nevada, Hilary got the popular vote but Obama actually won the delegates.
So, here's the score:
Barack wins Iowa by, what was it, 7 percent
Hilary wins N.H. by 2 percent
Obama wins the delegates in Nevada
Barack wins S.C.
I'm betting Obama wins enough Super Tuesday states to keep it close. Maybe he'll pull upsets and win a majority. Hilary is no political machine.
Re: South Carolina Dem. Primary
Yeah, he is not out of it yet. Both candidacies literally ride on Super Tuesday. If one of them wins the majority, they deliver a knockout blow. If they are virtually tied, we are gonna head into the convention without a nominee(may happen with republicans as well).
This is a strange election year.

Re: South Carolina Dem. Primary
What I find weird is that neither candidate is really building support right now. Like the only direction they focus on is not going down. It's like the votes in each state have been counted and we're all just waiting for the results.

Neither one wants to make a mistake. Its so close, and just one minor fuckup could derail a campaign.
It'll be a stalemate all the way through Super Tuesday. Neither Obama or Hillary is going to beat themselves. They are gonna let the voters decide.
Hillary is walking on thin ice letting Bill do all the dirty work. They need to tone that shit down.
