I almost listed that. I don't think it will happen here though. Likely in Europe, Russia, Asia, or the middle east.
Regarding the Stones...
I don't think they have ever announced a farewell tour. People just assume its the last because they are so old. I believe they will announce that their next tour is the last, which will cause massive demand and ticket prices will break records, and they will break the previous tour records which they already own.

Can I just say... they are the reason 2nd biggest reason (except Chinese Democracy), why I hope we never see a "Guns N' Roses" reunion tour.

Yeah, they'll probably do another one. But even if they called it a farewell tour I'm not too sure it would actually be their last. I mean, 64 is no age these days, is it? Even you and me will be working till at least 67

My predictions:
The next election will be close once again.
Osama Bin Laden will be found, but not necessarily captured.
NE won't be in the Superbowl but an AFC team will win it....again.
If Chinese Democracy isn't released by Summer the new band will begin to dismantle and Axl will officially call off the album once and for all.
Ozzy may not make it through the year.
A major celebrity will be murdered and this will happen in the summer.
Led Zeppelin will break all records for tours.
The next president will have an assassination attempt on him.
The price of gas will continue to rise for the first part of the year but then surprisingly take a fall.
There will be several record snowfalls this winter.
STP will reunite.

A major celebrity will be murdered and this will happen in the summer.
Strange, I almost said the exact same thing(although not predicting a season). Since I mentioned the tabloid whore tragedy, decided to leave it off my list.
If a murder does happen, it will more likely be a woman, and instead of being killed by a crazed fan or something like that, it will be domestic violence.
