All of our brain and bodily functions are controlled by electric signals. These signals can be manipulated, copied and replaced with new ones if you know how to decode them and recreate the process.
Every thought, word, reaction, visual experience, emotion, level of consciousness and what you do, creates electric waves that are sent out and which can be decoded, read and copied. Information already stored in the brain can also be read.
Through nanotechnology/microchips and implants it's a fairly easy task to achieve control over a person, according to sources. Today it is experimented on getting the system wireless so that all the nano and chips become obsolete. This is an extremely dangerous weapon and control system that enables unlimited power over the individual and the masses.
A person exposed to mind control experiments (must not be confused with actual mental illness) can among other things experience:
-Change in level of consciousness both when awake and sleeping.
-Be sent pictures which the subject sees inside his head or appear on the outside so that you see the picture on a wall, solid plane or in thin air. Pictures can also act as holograms which you see inside the head, but the eye/brain still interprets it as picture on the outside.
-Manipulation of dreams, uploading of dreams created by the perpetrators for exercise influence.
-Implanting false memories (False Memory Association anyone?), deletion of original memories, a mixture of false and real memories.
-Conversations with God, aliens and personality types designed to fit the victims psyche.
-Increased/diminished memory and/or physical performance.
-Memory and consciousness loss/confusion.
-Split personality
-The feeling of a specific phsyical/psychic presence.
-Religious feelings and experiences.
-Having your opinions, faith and actions altered. Doing the opposite of what he/she stands for. Go against your conviction of right and wrong.
-Hear sounds, music, voices, electric booms etc. inside your head. Manipulation of sight and smell.
-Increase or diminish feelings of anger, hat, aggression, lust, love and joy etc.
-Be sent frequencies that creates depression, loneliness, anxiety and suicidal thoughts. A craving to murder another human being can also be created in an otherwise healthy person. Easy to affect an already sick person.
-Body parts moving without them wanting to. Headache, diarrhea, jumping heart etc.
-Our brains and bodies fooled into thinking physical contact is taking place.
-Change of the body's cell structure.
-Sickness, suicide. Or directs beams causing instant death.

While some of that may be true, thats a little far out. Its a fact they've done various mind control experiments and other shit, but no one is sure exactly how far advanced that is. I think people assume that with all the new technologies in place, that it has advanced right along with it.
I read a long time ago about HAARP that it may be possible for them to fake the resurrection of Christ using holograms.

While some of that may be true, thats a little far out. Its a fact they've done various mind control experiments and other shit, but no one is sure exactly how far advanced that is. I think people assume that with all the new technologies in place, that it has advanced right along with it.

The execution part is quite simple, so the only 'if' is the decoding and recreation.
So I'm sure there's a way to go on many of these.
Think about it however, if only one these is true...the consequences would be devastating.
And it's no secret billions are funneled into these projects every year. At one point they'll get it right, if not already.
However, the main purpose of these lists is to create fear. We should always keep that in mind.
If these techniques are in use today, and I think many of them are in a degree, it explains a lot of strange criminal cases where people with no apparent motive goes bat shit. Of course, furthering some government agenda in the process.

HAARP is a fuckin' scandal. Even the official story is enough to see that what they're doing could have severe consequences for the planet. In short, they beam the sky, every night, until there's a hole in the atmosphere. The project's spokesperson says it's no big deal. He refers to the principle of putting your hand in water, and when you take away your hand the water fills up the hole again. 
No shit Einstein, only problem is this is not water. It's our fuckin' atmosphere. You know, the one keeping us from being burned alive.
And that's the official story...

I don't think the world will ever know the true intent behind HAARP. While it has gotten attention over the years, its actually a very guarded secret. There is so much disinformation floating around about its various uses that no one will find out exactly which are the real thing.
It does what you mentioned, but it serves more purposes as well.
When it was first created, it was immediately dubbed "The Doomsday Machine". So obviously they aren't having picnics up there.
