Yeah I wouldn't read too much into this. The only reason it's interesting in the least is that Robin Finck responded. But it could be as simple as Frank quit smoking or drinking, or something of the sort. It certainly doesn't have to pertain to his career or Guns.

This is his actual profile i.e. a people profile. It's just a feature of facebook where if someone posts something you can click I like this and it'll come up saying that.
