Not sure how long it will stay at this price, but it may not go back UP in price. It's nearly 50% off the original now. I think it's pretty clear Best Buy is trying its best to clear out SOME inventory. I don't think it will make too much of a difference though.

It's about time. This album was at no point a hit in the US and the only way to get rid of all those copies is by severely cutting prices.

I just noticed it's a "Best Seller" lol
Now we know how low Best Buy is willing to go to use that label on their products.
It was selling less than one copy per store, per week.

They should have did this last year. Huge mistake. It should have been $7.99 in its second week when it started free falling down the charts. Definitely deserved a Christmas sale. It would have stayed on the charts longer had Best Buy been smart about this.
Since they waited almost a full year to do this, makes me wonder if the exclusive is ending soon. If true, just like skippy said, the price WILL get lower.

Yeah it does seem like it's a case of "too little too late". At least when it was released there was an INITIAL buzz. As soon as they saw that starting to die off, I'd even give them the first month or 2, they should've done this. I don't really see people all of a sudden rediscovering this or jumping through hoops to buy it because it's down to $8 now.
Maybe this is plan B since Best Buy never got that video they were promised.
