Even with this tag I don't want to say anything about it guys so as not to ruin it for those overseas - I think people need to see films with some surprises left to really like them - but all I will say is that its clear this movie is written by fans of batman - like the characters motivation is actually correct for once...everyone acts like they should!

Joker is fucking awesomely done. Just like you want him to be.

If you liked the first movie you should like this too I think, it's got some fucking awesome sequences. There was only one thing I was worried about - but i'll discuss that when others have seen the film.

Overall - massive thumbs up!

Can't wait to se this though. Heath's gonnna kill. Bale is going to go down in history now as the most famous super hero actor in my opinion.  For a franchise that was absolutely dead it's amazing that it's now far and away the biggest franhcise going in terms of commercial success and critical success. Churn out all the Harry Potters and Pirates and Spidermans they want none of them hold a candle to this.

James you have better watched Batman Begins by now!!!

Whoa! I'd hugely dissagree. Batman Begins was instant classic as far as I'm concernd and I'll be honest I wasn't even a Batman fan really or even a super hero fan. Spiderman was good but nothing great. I thought Spiderman 2 was ridiculous and not in a  good way and Spiderman 3 was lame liek you said. BB actually made me excited to see the next installment. Spiderman made me think typical super hero movie aimed at kids with no real substance.  the Spiderman movies lack decent actors too in my opinion.  Toby's alright but the rest of them suck, especially Kirsten Dunst.
