Either that James, or maybe the general public outside Seattle isn't doing flips for a Soundgarden reunion.

I've seen lots of shows at the Vic, and if you don't get excited there, you're nuts.
Last time, Bucket was there, it was crazy. I thought I was gonna get crsuhed against the rail.

Are you trying to go negative? 14

The reunion is definitely a bit too low key for my liking. They could have got tons of coverage but instead held back for some reason. The only thing I can think of is they know the wheels could fall off at any moment and don't want to make a spectacle out of it if it's going to implode.

Look at Van Halen. That should have been massive. While the tour was certainly a success, they were extremely low key and Roth barely opened his mouth during the duration of it. It could have been so much more had they approached it differently.

I think VH, GN'R/Axl, and maybe even Soundgarden do that, because these guys are veterans. They know what happens with too many hands get in the cookie jar.

I think the low key is more to keep the wheels on, and prevent business clusterfucks from happening.

By this point in all of their careers, I think it rarely comes down to the band members themselves. Their older, they know the game. If they're still playing kiddie rock n' roll bullshit, then they weren't paying attention the first time their band blew up.

It's the reason VH is still active, and Aerosmith never had a repeat of their early 80's dead period.

SG will be fine.
