Ok, I guess I just don't get the line of reasoning at all. I find it hard for anyone, especially on GN'R boards where music was traded illegally for years, that people might really have some problem with or moral ground to stand on with this.
And assuming you own CD, you are not in possession of any material (in one form or another) that you didn't pay for. So unless you try to use these to make unauthorized remixes for a profit, I don't see anything that could be considered copyright infringement.

i think what hes trying to get at is that a lot of people want these, and might be willing to trade a lot for them. think of all the stuff that happened last time, when MSL got the prostitute files. these tracks are definately in demand. maybe it would benefit everyone in the long run to sit on them for a while
