It's an old school rebel attitude I think.

Depending on what you like from your rock stars, he's either a hero fighting the machine, or a troublemaker making drama out of an avoidable situation.

Pretty much all of GNR has often been like it though. Look at slash purposely crashing rented band vans as a kid. Duff's comments about a late VR comeback - something like "right when people tell us something is impossible is about when we do it" (paraphrased cos I can't remember). Axl has always had an issue with Curfews and the media...i don't think any of us were really shocked this happened....

The behavior of the band itself as shocked me. They are now sinking to Axl's very low level. The only unprofessional person in this whole ordeal is Axl Rose, who somehow thinks he's above showing up on time, and doing shows  the right way. I'm all for breaking the rules, and rebelling against "the man", but when you target your own fans, and inconvience them, and THEN treat their complaints as nothing, and THEN try to say how your badass rock n' rollers because you didn't do the show on time... you are a fucking delusional cocksucker.

Fuck Axl Rose. let the band find a new singer and go play the festival, finish the tour and then release their own kick ass record.

Thank you and good night.

I see it like this:

The price of having a girl friend with big tits and a great ass is that every other guy in the room is going to hit on her.

The price of having a guy with the chrisma, frontman abilities, voice, and musical skills of  Axl Rose is that sometimes he's going to tell people to go fuck themselves and get involved in drama like this.

It is what it is. Frustrating for the fans who miss out, but it's just the cost of doing business with GNR, the upside is the awesome records and great peformances we get on the nights this shit doesn't happen.

Who knows, maybe the band is actually taking a stand against Axl.

You want to see something bad ass rock n' roll... the entire band shows up tomorrow, sans Axl, and performs as Guns N' Roses with Tommy on vocals.

Now THAT would be cool. 9

I would say you're closer if the girl with big tits and a great ass fucked most of those guys who hit on her, and didn't see anything wrong with her behavior.

It's also why less people are doing business with GnR.
