I don't think steven lies, I think it's just he's done a lot of drugs and we're taking about things that are years old.
As for the tabitha thing, it could be also to do with language, if he was masturbating in front of her and she semi-nude or otherwise accepting of the situation, then maybe he considers that sex in the broader sense of it being a sexual situatuion between the two. Sort of a reverse bill clinton thing.
He said he had sex with Tabitha in the Green Room while waiting to go on the show though. I don't think he could mistaken that for beating off to her in a limo. I think it's just a case of it being a cool story for Steven to tell. Tabitha is a fine piece of ass, so that'd be quite the notch in his belt. Plus he probably knew she was a regular on the show so it'd impress Howard and company.

Thanks for giving us the low down on this particular issue. I originally had high hopes for this book, but after him asking what was in his own book, and now lying about something that didn't even need to be mentioned by him, I'm definitely NOT reading it.
I like Adler and can really relate to his issues with drugs, but this book is obviously a load of shit that was compiled from a few memories and some other writer filled in all the blanks.
Adler, you were the drummer on the greatest rock album in history. Your place in history is set in stone, and people will be listening to that album until the universe ceases to exist. You were a vital member of that band just like the other four guys. AFD would not have had the same impact with anyone else in your spot. If/when you check these various sites and see people shitting all over you and saying your contributions to the record are mediocre, it's just a handful of post whoring nutswingers who were still swimming in daddy's balls in 1987 and only say that now that Axl got a dose of revisionist history while pausing during a round of Slash obsession. This happens all the time. Once Axl says something(and usually something that contradicts a previous statement), the "usual suspects" repeat it until they're blue in the face. People not living in fantasy land know what you brought to the table.
I never understood why you didn't make a legitimate attempt at getting clean eons ago. If you had your shit together after being fired from GNR, you would have been the most sought after drummer in the music scene. Could have easily joined an up and coming band, replaced a drummer in an already established high profile band, or even been involved in a super group.Instead, you drowned your sorrows in dope.
Axl isn't to blame for your downfall. Slash isn't to blame for your downfall. Sorum isn't to blame for your downfall.

I was NOT in on Steven's story. I found out via Stern fans on Twitter when I woke up the morning Steven was on. It pissed me off because I never had any intention of fucking Steven~ EVER. He was what I would consider a friend.
There has only been ONE time where some one had sex in Howard's Green Room and it was myself & Ron Jeremy for a movie that we had shot there years ago on a Saturday night after midnight. We were told that Howard knew about it and then we came to find out that he didn't and he was totally pissed~ not at Ron or I, but at Crazy Cabbie and his partner who put the shoot together.
Yeah it's a pretty BIG stretch to have ppl trying to screw in the Green Room especially when producers from the show are constantly in and out of the TINY room. They don't let you lock yourself in there either.
Maybe Steven thought it would be funny to say that because he had heard of Ron & I doing that.
I am VERY HONEST when I am asked if I slept with a celebrity. Who really cares anyway. But I DO NOT like being LIED about especially in front of my friends at the Stern show. I've been a favorite guest for 9 years. Howard knows that I am not only giving and kind to his fans but also a super nice person so if he had any doubt that I was making up a story he wouldn't let me on the air to look like a dumb ass. He put me on because he knows that over the past 9 years that I am nothing but honest and I stand by my word.

Yeah, that's right. You and Ron Jeremy DID have sex in the green room. I remember Howard getting pissed about that. That was after hours though when the show wasn't going on. Anyhow, that's part of the reason I knew Steven's story couldn't be true. I'm quite certain no guests have ever had sex in the green room while the show is going on, even now at Sirius.
Don't worry Tabitha, I'm sure most people do believe your side of the story. No offense to Steven, but he's not the most trustworthy guy in the world. I saw that Teddy Zig Zag was doing something with you. I wasn't sure if that was current or in the past though. GNR connections all over for you. Have you ever met anyone else from the band?
We have a celebrity on board. Sweet! Guys, if it's your thing, I highly recommend checking out Tabitha's work. She is fine, and she seems like a good person too. She's done a lot for the Stern show and Stern fans over the years. She's a bit of a plastic surgery addict though, or at least was at one point. Hopefully she's gotten over that.
