No. No. I wasn't raped. That's not in there, is it?
That right there guarantees that I do NOT read this book. He just admitted that he didn't write it, which calls into question every single sentence in the book. Nothing wrong with a collaborator or ghost writer, but that takes the concept to a new low.
Agreed. I smell another "let's bash Axl, that sells books" cash grab from some hack.
As for Steven, it'd be nice if and when they do another show in LA sometime that Steven is brought down to do drums on some AFD trx.

Steven had no problem discussing the child molestation on The Stern Show today. Howard made sure to make that a main focus of the interview. He also talked about how he's seen just about every male friend of his butt ass naked, mostly due to group sex that he was involved in.
He told a few questionable stories during the interview which just don't jive. Howard brought up the fact that some drummers go to clubs and play the drums to track. Steven said he had done so, but never with anything from AFD. Oh yeah?
He was also going over his sexual conquests. Howard brought up porn star Tabitha Stevens and Adler claimed he met her at The Stern Show and banged her that day in the green room. Well, let's just say Tabitha doesn't quite remember it that way. She called into the show today and said that she's happy Steven is doing well but that simply never happened. She said she was on the show with him and shared a limo with Steven and his entourage. On the ride she explained to all of them that even though she was a porn star that didn't mean she was putting out for them. She jokingly told them they could jerk off to her if they wanted to. And to her surprise, all the guys in the limo pulled out their "rigs" and started whacking off. She also said that after that, whenever she ran into Steven he'd ask her to show him her ass, tits, etc. and he'd pull it out and go to town.
So I'm not sure if Steven is flat out lying or to quote Roger Clemens, maybe he just "misremembers" certain things.
Another possible red flag, Steven told a story about hooking up with Rachel Hunter and how Rod Stewart had gotten pissed at him for telling that story in the past. Maybe Rod got pissed because Steven is making it up? I'd like to believe him, but he doesn't seem to be the most trustworthy guy. All in all, I don't think I'll be buying his book. While I think it would be an interesting read, who knows how much of it is truth or fantasy.

Believe me, if Steven and I did have sex I'd totally admit it. I'm NOT shy about that sort of thing. Steven is a totally cool kat and super fun to be around. There's even more to that story but I'll save it for my book 
. I'd even go as far to take a lie detector test.

Oh I absolutely believe your side of the story (if that's really you). Even when he told the story it seemed hard to believe. I mean, how many "guests" have actually had sex in the green room at The Howard Stern Show? I'd guess ZERO. Stern may be wild, but I don't think that would be easy to pull off. And like you said, you'd have no reason to lie. Maybe we should get Ed Torrian on the case (Stern reference).
And I've enjoyed all your appearances on the show and all you've done for the listeners over the years. Big fan of your work as well (if that's really you).

I don't think steven lies, I think it's just he's done a lot of drugs and we're taking about things that are years old.
As for the tabitha thing, it could be also to do with language, if he was masturbating in front of her and she semi-nude or otherwise accepting of the situation, then maybe he considers that sex in the broader sense of it being a sexual situatuion between the two. Sort of a reverse bill clinton thing.
Also questioning the rape thing doesn't mean that he didn't write the book at all, it probably means he wrote bits, told all his stories to a ghost writer to assemble them, and hasn't read the final edit, or, when he heard that, assumed he must have missed a bit.
