He'd even get to listen to Metallica, AC/DC, and the Red Hot Chili Peppers at full blast 24/7!

Ha, Too true.
For the record, there was nothing malicious about it. He wasn't trying to blow anything up. He just put a 5 gallon bucket over it and blew it up into the air.
Still stupid, but not nearly as bad as "He took a pipe bomb to school" sounds.
