The fucking condom dickhead killers!Disturbing movie that, shame 'bout the weak ending though.
While it may have been a tad anticlimactic, how else could it have ended? In my opinion it was the only logical conclusion. Could they have approached it a bit differently? Sure, but it was going in that direction no matter what.

I kinda had the feeling it started disintegrating into a roughed-up amateurish version of Thelma and Louise near the end. I don't have a problem with the way the story wrapped up but the imaging and direction was overly bitter sweet and too drawn out for my taste. I know it was Virginie Despentes' first (and only) film as a director, but she started out fairly strong and I just had bigger hopes for the rest of the flick.

Good evening, friends. Time has certainly passed since we last interacted.
For those who are amused by my presence, I am pleased. For above all else, isn't that what life should leave you with at the end of the journey?
For those who elect to question my persona, my desires or my motivations, please know that I ask nothing of you and expect you to take from my words what you will. I carry no unrealistic promise, no unfulfilled prophecy and no desire to position myself as something or someone that I am not.
"Jaded" is a word that has crept into the atmosphere that surrounds my existence over the past year...far more that I would have desired or anticipated. The reasons are many, and the excuses are non-existent. Alas, that is the state of affairs.
At the same time, my vision trained on the horizon, my direction clear, I know that we will reach a destination of mutual appreciation.
