I just wanna say I loved "Angel Down", even the songs Axl wasnt on.
I'm there with you. Thought it was a solid album. And I agree with monkey, don't think Baz should be bashed here. The man wants to work to make new music. Is that so wrong? So he doesn't have an endless budget like Axl, is that his fault?
Axl wastes money and doesn't release music. That's wrong.
Baz wants to create and release music without wasting money. That's wrong too?
What's right?

Axl is constantly bashed for not running GNR enough like a tradtional band and working with what are often seen as contract players by fans. Now baz calls for a traditional band where it isn't solely up to him to run everything and you're insulting him.
I bash Axl for that because he calls his band Guns N Roses.
These guys are throwing their time into The Sebastion Bach Project.
And it sounds like he doesn't necessarily want a traditional band, he wants guys to be at his beck and call. I would bet if Baz was offered another reality show these guys that he wants able to drop everything to work with him would be up shit creek while he took the time to work on it.

Depends if you want to write ass kicking music, tour the globe and rock out all the time I guess.

If you don't have anything else better to do in your life, then I guess auditioning for a lead singer, that's gonna leave you at home jobless, while he goes and cuts country songs with John Rich, and do reality shows.
SURE Itchy, go try out for Baz's "band".

I'm excited by this as I was mourning the loss of Jonny C in Baz's band. Although most of the press for angel down (when not focusing on Baz/Axl) focused on Metal Mike's roll, i saw the band live a bunch of times and was VERY impressed by Johny Cromatic. That dude can really nail those parts.
So any band with Baz and Johny would be cool.
Another interesting development:
Just got fone w @john5guitarist !We r gonna write & record more tunes in aug 4sure! He is Fired up 2help w new record! I am STOKED!
This would really be something to hear. John 5 is a freakishly talented guitarist...his solo stuff is mind blowing....its potentially a great match up.

Baz is pretty talented too....not very many people have his voice, range, and stage presence.
John 5 is good enough that he can play with anyone in any style, so I'd expect he'll move along to something else rather than only do this, but I can totaly see him working on the occasional bad ass track or two with baz as one of his many projects.
