Re: Best album of the 90s- Nominations
strat0 you nominated Rust In Peace twice
But I didn't count it twice. Unfortunately that is one of the albums that might not make it.
Either way we slice and dice this thing, great albums are not gonna make it. There were just too many in that decade.

It's pretty criminal if Megadeth don't make it. During the early nineties they were pretty important in metal I'd say as important as Metallica. Thrash and Grunge are the two genres that helped kill of a lot of the glam crap.
Also RIP has six nominations. Some albums must be killing in this thing.
Re: Best album of the 90s- Nominations
Albums ranging from 7-14 votes are locks. The six and under category are basically in deep shit because the 17 albums already in cant be removed unless a shitload of lurkers jump in and sway the entire process.
These are the albums that would give blowjobs for a vote or two, and if anyone who hasn't posted their lists yet want to, take these into consideration.....
Megadeth- Rust In Peace
Soundgarden - Down on the Upside
Temple of the Dog
U2- Achtung Baby
Alanis- Jagged Little Pill
Green Day- Dookie
Foo Fighters- Colour and the Shape
Smashing Pumpkins- Siamese Dream
Tool- Aenima
Dr Dre- The Chronic
and of course MJ needs help.
For the record, I'm not trying to sway votes. Just letting people see the clusterfuck brewing for those last three spots.
Its a crime that Slayer and Sinead aren't gonna make it.

Ain't that some shit?? When I was 8 - 10 years old I never realized how awesome of a time it was. The Billboard Top 10 was so diverse and everything was really good. Same thing about ten years later, many genres were still popular at the same time and everyone was pushing each other to be better. That age has certainly died.
That's why I think I was born about 10 years too early.Woulda been awesome to have been born around 80-83...
