Ghostbusters. The inclusion of both Slimer and the Stay Puft Marshmellow man wins it for me. Bill Murray is at his comedic best here.
FWIW, I think they're trying to make a third Ghostbusters film with The Office guys writing the script. However, Bill Murray hasn't signed on yet.

Wizard of Oz, I think Ghostbusters II is better than the original anyway.

Really? I like them both a lot but I think the first is best. Watch them back to back and II just doesnt have something the first had. The original was more believeable, if you can say such a thing about a film featuring this scene:

I had to go with GB cos it was a fundemental part of my childhood. But tough call cos wizard is like an all time classic too.

I have to vote for Ghostbusters simply because The Wizard of Oz scared me for the longest time after watching it when I was a child. To this day, I still refuse to watch that movie!
