Well... There would have to be a deal in place for Harley to license GNR as a prize and use their name and logo in their advertising.... So, they kind of have to be involved.

Well it is on a different site now it looks like, whatever that means. I remember seeing it before, I forget the site, but I tried to register but couldn't because I'm not a Canadian resident.
I think Neemo posted it before, maybe he can recall where it originally surfaced.
