Nope. GNR will keep staying just below the radar. Enough to attract a crowd most rock bands drool over, but not enough to attract any *real* attention. It's no necesarily a bad thing.

I don't think it is either... as long as Axl is consistently releasing material, or at least going Trent Reznor with the whole process.
But sitting back, doing nothing, and occasionally resurfacing with a new band called "Guns N' Roses" just to tour around performing AFD for a cash grab... nah, that ain't gonna cut it.

Yeah it is the danger of getting famous that yes men come in and fuck with you.
However, that said, while Axl clearly has an unusual perspective on a lot of issues, he's always come across to me as highly intelligent. I'm sure he'd understand the way the music business works, and better than us.
