Re: When will it leak? *It Leaked*
I'm not gonna bother with 128kbps files. If it doesn't leak in Flac before it's released then I don't wanna listen to low quality files and pretend it's anything like the vinyl.

just listened to Maddie and am listening to IRS now
Maddie has been marginally improved and it sounds like IRS is the better for Thal's contributions (again).
That'll be all i'll listen to me thinks
Want to wait now and experience these 'new drugs' Pittman spoke of on release day

Re: When will it leak? *It Leaked*
when do the theories concerning CD being forced out by the label begin?
or have they begun already?
Re: When will it leak? *It Leaked*
I'm officially out of the game since I'm listening to Catcher In The Rye right now and it sounds amazing.
Now this is improvement.
I didn't care much for the old demo, but this is something else.

The finished version is growing on me - there's just a whole lot more going on to get used to
I have a feeling that a pristine quality versionplaying through a kickass stereo system is going to do it justice
Re: When will it leak? *It Leaked*
all these shit ass transcoded torrents, and the original rip, are pissing me off..
Also, Ive thought since we first heard the release date, that it was just the label forcing the album out, Hence no band members making really real offical statements... Cept for the ones who have Solo albums to promote i.e. Pitman, Bumble....
Re: When will it leak? *It Leaked*
Street Of Dreams sounds really good.
They've definitely improved the songs that we've already heard this far.

I think they started when the release date was announced.
Really, they started when people noticed the errors in the liner notes, the lack of a band photo, the lazy artwork, amateurish logo, and the fact that Axl wont promote it. I was leaning towards it being forced as well, and after hearing the album in its entirety without a bunch of skipping and other shit, I'd just about guarantee it was forced out. If not, then Axl isn't the perfectionist that everyone thinks he is because if he was, there's no way the album hits shelves with a production job such as this.
The material is strong so there probably wont be a huge outcry over its production like Metallica had to deal with.
Years down the road I bet he complains about it just like he did with UYI.
