They had them for Death Magnetic (and I live in Iowa for Christ Sake), so I would assume Chinese Democracy would be something similiar where every store is getting some limited amount of them specifically for suckers like us the 1st day.

Just be glad you can pre-order...here in Australia my local store still laughs at me and tells me its never being released when I go in to order. Even though they say on the radio that it will be Nov 22 here...grrr...!
