Thoughts on the second to last ep:

That confession scene was brilliant.

CCH Pounder definitely earned her entire series paycheck for that one scene.

I fear whats going to happen to Ronnie.  He's either going down in a ball of fire, or he brings Vic down.

My guess is that there is something Vic left out of that confession thats going to come bite him in the ass.

EDIT:

The more I think about it, I have absolutely no idea how this is going to end Tuesday.

I'm taking my dog out now, then turning off the phone.  Already warned my neighbor she'll probably hear my screaming around 11:30ish.

I'm calling it now, YES there will be a movie.  Its going to be about Vic breaking Ronnnie out of jail and getting down to Mexico.

At first I was mad about the ending.  I was hoping they would give it a more definitive finale in concerns to Vic.  But in a way, they did.  I've seen shows end ALOT worse.  I mean all the big plot points were closed down at the end of the ep.  And it did have a good ending for a TV show.  Vic is now on the prowl, doing his own thing.  Probably hiding from the law.  But with his fucked up moral compass (notice the dutch reference), he will still feel the need to "do good".  And the door is now opened for a movie or two.  Hell depending on how good its received, it could be a big franchise.

I'm very impressed with how it ended.

i still don't know how i feel.. maybe i expected something a little more final in the way that shane's situation was "final".. but, christ.. how are they gonna set up a movie? i mean, i get that that is the logical conclusion. but the show not only centered around vic, but the team... where's the team? shane and lem are dead.. and ronnie's in jail... ronnie wasn't even a focal point of the team until lem got killed and shane was with vice...and even then.. he was waaaay under the radar. but, then again.. how long do you think vic fucking mackey being glued to a desk is gonna last?  haha

The more I think about this.  I may have jumped the gun about Vic being on the prowl.  Its quite possible he was just grabbing his gun and going home for the night.
