Sort of tired of the age old outdated production thing…. AFD is outdated…get over it. You either like the songs or you don’t. The General and Monsters fit in perfectly with Sorry and likely the other 2 Beltrami songs Seven and Thmye. The Bucket Brain songs were clearly different than the Beaven 2000 Intentions stuff. By 2008 we should have gotten these 20 songs broke out in to 2 cd’s together. Axl’s The Wall…instead we got a compilation album. Aye…

Duff’s sirius radio show is today. Wonder if they’ll debut General today? If not I would guess next week for sure.

And AFD still sounds as fresh as the day it was released. Caram is a hack. Production can make a break an album. Just look at St Anger. That had a terrible production for the studio release. The funny thing is the production on the rockband version of that album is way better.

Does anyone think The General won’t be available for streaming and digital download on or around December 8th? They want to make money off the vinyl, and allowing those who purchased it as close to first listen as possible is the only real way to incentivize sales. Next Saturday, if not sooner, everyone will be able to hear it on their medium of choice.

It will be on streaming services not this friday but the next one. This is the last update.
