Say: Have we ever gotten ANY leads on what “PRL” means? We have seen “BLK/FRG” used on DATs that were transferred to the storage locker discs seem to evolve to “Black Frog” music publishing. Is PRL an abbreviation for “Pearl”? “Perla”?!
I doubt it's Perla. If it is..... 
It's funny how the PRL title flew completely under the radar for 18 years. It was mentioned in 2001 in some obscure online magazine article and only uncovered in 2019.
GNR camp probably got a laugh out of that.
Fans could've been calling it PRL since the beginning of the saga instead of CD II as a placeholder.
Some people (specifically hoarders) knew about it before it resurfaced obviously. Remember that Legend of the Red Panda crap from like 10 years ago? I don't remember how that started but it clearly had a link to PRL.
