Re: When will we hear more vault material?
It’s a little like VR or Izzy solo, if you listen to Buckethead albums here and there you think Axl could sing on this. That’s the prob with Slash he’s just a guitarist, Axl can work with anyone it seems. Obviously Slash is the best fit to deliver GNR product but the songs mostly come from Axl and Izzy in the past. What I really want to hear is Bucket playing Izzy solo songs with Axl singing. Bucket solo on that Izzy song Bomb with Axl singing.

Were they any good? Have lived under a rock recently
All 19 discs leaked.
Me & My Elvis, Circus Maximus are top shelf stuff.

That Teen Spirit guitar riff in Quick Song is a real turn-off.
The Rebel has strong, Southern twang to it, though.
Agree. I like The Rebel way more than Quick Song.
Am I the only one that gets some Black Label Society/Pride and Glory vibes from The Rebel? Maybe a leftover riff from the supposed Zakk Wylde audition/jam?
Re: When will we hear more vault material?
but Quick Song has better lyrics. the best since Scraped!
I bet the finished lyrics have something to do with Axl getting information that had been withheld from him.
Yup, the disco hit Eye on You has that, but so do many other CD songs (TWAT, Fall from Grace, The Blues...).
And call me crazy, but I like EOY

I've heard a few people say Eye On You could be a James Bond theme song. If they got rid of the Mack Daddy stuff and added some more orchestral sound to it I think it could. It would have actually worked well for Spectre and I could imagine a nice silhouetted Bond with his Walther PPK in the title sequence.
