the same thing were Smashing Pumpkins doing in the last couple of years. every old album re-released in remastered repackaged edition, mostly 4-5 disc thing full of demos and outtakes, and every release also including a live DVD - a proshot show or shows from the respective tour. great stuff.

Metallica have done awesomely great reissues too, huge box sets that are so great for fans!
