Doesn't sound like Robin. Thought it was too amateur even for Paul. Maybe it was Axl or Pitman.

Probably, also Axl was cutting and pasting random guitar parts together.
Maybe Robin was tuning his guitar on one of the cds of random licks, and it got recorded and Axl tried using.
