That's a shame...I feel sorry for You Could Be Mine...lol....still will be great to see Adler...he's going to be so happy!

I still got the feeling Matt could be doing a psych-out. But Adler being apart of this will be really special. He hasn't share a stage with Axl, Slash & Duff together since 1990. 1990!!!! History in the making.
But I still think we see Matt & Gilby at some point, just as "hey look, there's those guys! Come on and jam Wild Horses & Dead Flowers with us"
That will happen at some point imo. But just as a guest spot for fun mostly.
Adler... there's gotta be a financial element involved.

There're a picture of Slash/Steven from back in the day with the caption "These guys been friends since elementary school" from 5 weeks ago, if you really want to jump to conclusions.
There's also a picture of what looks like Slash at rehearsals 6 months ago which I'm guessing no one noticed at the time 
.
More importantly though... there's an old picture of Axl that was posted last May. Before most people thought this was actually going to happen.
