To me the vocals definitely sound like pre-Appetite era demo Axl. Maybe even Hollywood Rose-era. It seems more like he's shouting and less like later songs where he's settled into his own vocal style.

This is clearly fan made.

That's 80's Axl.. All day. And No More Tears era Zakk Wylde or Doug Aldrich. That riff reeks of a NMT demo. The vocals are definitely "phase-y"... They've definitely been lifted from something else.
