Pleasant surprise to kick start the new year was another new song from Izzy. Apart from that it's back to work as normal for me and hoping I can get the missus to try out rock climbing sometime in the near future

New Years Resolution: Stay off the marijuana and legal highs. Been clean for a few months but Im aware that that's usually when I fall into the same old trap: "I've not been high in 3 months so maybe Im not an addict and can enjoy the occassional joint.".... back to smoking 10 joints a day after just a couple of drags
