Re: Guns N' Roses to come to Australia in March 2013
Yeah. I was thinking if they did an "Up Close and Personal" style show at a small venue it would be fucking killer. I'd go nuts and try and get the front row.
I'd expect it's going to be arenas here though. Distances here in australia make it hard to justify theatre shows.

If they did something like that it would be more appealing to me. A small venue, perhaps half an accoustic set or something. I dunno, just something different.
A flying piano and The Seeker isn't really cutting the mustard for me.
Re: Guns N' Roses to come to Australia in March 2013
so they'll be hitting the euro summer festival circuit afterwards..
does axl have an endgame in mind?
is he holding out waiting for the label to blink first & get more CD material released?
is he still chasing the CD dream?!
are they just touring for the sake of something to do? they need the cashflow?
he could start to drum up some interest in the new CD by playing even one unheard song from those sessions. that would turn shift a little pressure onto the label in terms of releasing a new product..??
he certainly seems to have gotten over his previous self-professed aversion to touring.
