I don't know if it was his first appearance on the show, but Slash was one of Kimmel's first guests. In fact, early on he had one guest sit in all week and I want to say Slash was the first to do so. It was either he, or Mike Tyson. I forget the order. I remember watching Slash perform "Paradise City" with Cypress Hill and it was awful. Sorry for those of you who might've enjoyed it. I did not.
