Honestly I'm not even sure how any of us can be botherd to discuss this farce anymore. It's beyond completely stupid. Axl's a joke really. Everything that other bands do regularly is "impossible" for Guns N Roses. Such a shame Axl turned this whole thing into a running joke. And YES it's Axl who's done it.
I hoped things would change once the CD monkey was off his back, but evidently the guy just doesn't like to release music. Perpetual case of "don't feel like going to work today".

They can't release anything even if they wanted to.
This is due to relations w/the label.
& possibly cause there's nothing [good enough] to release.

Oh I agree w/that (to a large extent).
Just sayin is all. That it's not, unfortunately, as clear-cut as record & release.
& I'd dare say, even if there weren't terrible label relations & 'red-tape', he'd still conjure some situation to delay. (Whether intentionally or not.) He just seems that much of a fuck-up. I don't mean that in a mean way, mind. Just seems to be his character, awkward to get things finished.. Or started.. Just a regular fuck-up except he was in the greatest rock band ever.
