Fuck yes!!!

I've thought for ages they should release something from Libertad tour...as a body of work Libertad was kinda weak...but I do love the live versions of Just 16 and Let it Roll...and the way they intercut with the contraband shows.

I was surprised they released that contraband gig show - cos stuff like RAR on libertad were much better peformances I think.

I hope this is shot better than the last one though! I'll def pick it up....hoping for a BD too!

As much as I love Slash & Duff... I don't feel some crazy need to buy more old VR dvds.

oh..Sweet! Of course Contraband is a better record; but I personally liked some of the songs on Libertad. She Builds and The Last Fight are great songs! : D Might check this out when it goes on sale.

My only fear is that it seems to be by the same group that made the last DVD...but maybe that's only distribution?

As that contrband show was a cool show but totally fucked editing and unnecessary use of editing effects (mirroring the screen, 1980s style wipes and so on) make certain songs pretty unwatchable despite the badassness of the show.

So lets hope it's shot better this time.

I would assume so.

This DVD comes via a German music show called Rockpalast, who oft shoot known bands on their native soil and then produce ProShot recordings for an easy payday later on.

Also explains their awkward release schedules, as in VR having been down for aeons (and even reformed for a show) before they got around to releasing their disc.
