Hah, that's exactly the same thing I thought too. I think I actually said aloud to the crowd I watched it with, "somewhere Terrance Winter and Vincent Van Patten are beating off thinking they are David Chase. They ain't."

There certainly is NO ONE on the show to replace Jimmy, and bumping up Eli's role (who's now back with Nucky) ain't it either. He can't carry that.

They're gonna have to bring someone in. Something Ralphie-like ala Season 3 of The Sopranos. A new character, either as an enemy or friend of Nucky's.

Ian McShane would be a NICEEEEE addition to the show.

Watched the series finale of "Luck" tonight. Suprisingly good, and to be honest the ending of it was alright if you look at it as a one-off mini-series.

I enjoyed it. It will be severly missed. It was the best new show on TV by far.
