No..... He got word from us on the forums about it and sent word he was on that shit..... and it was fixed within minutes.

I still think this boils down to iClips can't handle this kind of demand.
Look at their artist roster. Absolute nobody's (unless I missed something).

Good for him then. It's not the same company though, God knows how these geeks work their stuff around. Their FB stream is LOADED with people complaining.
