Re: Guns N' Roses Website Coming Soon?
She basically says she's taking photos of everything on the tour, backstage, on stage, in hotel rooms etc and says that it'll be used for the new GN'R website, amongst other things.

That's what I thought too!
Fingers crossed and hope it's a good one this time around.
In this day and age, a website can't only be "latest news" and "tour dates". You gotta go all in!
Would be cool if they even had a messageboard!?
Oh shit! A scary thought just crossed my mind. What if that's the reason a certain admin have been on tour with GNR lately...?
Jarmo has been a photographer for the band for awhile now. I can only assume that he gets paid and that's his job, at least when the band is active.
I missed the video, but sounds like some good stuff. Lord knows they need(ed) a new website 4 years ago.
Re: Guns N' Roses Website Coming Soon?
So CD is out, US tour is midway - end, there's no sight of a new album, and now it's time to release a website? Bizarre.
I can only imagine they're trying to regain some credibility with the record company who must have completely lost faith.

Of who?
But yeah I grant you GNR arn't the first band to have a pointless site.
There's bands that do it well though, megadeth is one, lots of info, active community, dave even comes on there to chat and clear up rumours a fair bit.
A good GNR site would be really cool for the future. Like if they are planning to continue on post chinese and develop a new album and so on.
There's a shit ton of things they could do too. Video on demand of past recordings all kind of cool shit. I'm hopeful it's DJ's influence as he has a bit of savvy in such areas as I understand it.
